size opening will permit bulky items
to be moved into the roof. Can be stained
or painted. Locks can be fitted.

conventional staircase is expensive
and takes up a lot of valuable space.
The disappearing staircase is easy and
quick to install a it comes fully assembled
in its own frame with ceiling panel
attached. Detailed installation instructions
are supplied to the handyman, or if
preferred, installation may be arranged.
Simply cut out a hole in the ceiling
and re-inforce cut ceiling joists where
necessary.
